Hey, what’s up! It’s me - Bruce. Just wanted to drop you a note to give you an overview of my digital existence… It’s being produced to provide information about the work I do as a musician, teaching artist and as a conduit to other music, creative individuals and alternative teaching concepts.
Included are descriptions for several of my workshops as well as posts describing my travels and experiences as an educator.
For a visual display of my teaching please check out “When Fried Eggs Fly” a film that documents me facilitating a full scale version of my Creative Music Workshop at P.S.3 with 162 children, 6 teachers and a group of parents.
Also included on this site is a calendar of performance dates with the bands Tricky Dilemma and Burnt Sugar and other events I participate in or facilitate that are open to the public.
You can also listen to samples of music I’ve produced or collaborated on, hear and/or download podcasts of my FreeWorldNetwork Radio show where you’ll hear a combination of abstract and alternative music popular to those who quest on the fringes of culture.
Many artists you’ll hear are those I’ve become acquainted with during my tenure as president of the Black Rock Coalition and many who I’ve discovered since.
